Francis “Ole” Olejniczak

Francis “Ole” Olejniczak, 82, Oconto, died Friday morning, September 10, 2021. He was born in Green Bay in 1938. In 1963, he married his wife of 58 years, Susan Cieslewicz, had four children together:

Keith (Judy) Olejniczak, Lynn Herkert (deceased) and son-in-law Jeff (Molly) Herkert; Kraig (Beth) Olejniczak; Tina (Bryan) Bruckner; proud grandfather of 10 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Ole lived most of his life in the Abrams area spending most of his life passionately working with youth. From Boy Scout leader, to coaching baseball and raising funds to start the Machickanee Legion baseball team. Ole was always dedicated to sports and the players whom he treated like family and will be remembered for his love of family, giving nature and his sense of humor.

Visitation with the urn present will take place after 9:00 am Saturday, September 18, 2021 at St. Patrick Catholic Church until the time of service. Mass of Christian Burial will take place 11:00 am Saturday at the church with the Fr. Greg Parent officiating. Burial will take place in Ss. Edward & Isidore parish cemetery at a later date.
